Purchased motoe vide inv no chn_puzhal_[protected] dtd 21.12.15
Given for servicing on 22.11.16 to m/s ensure 137, m/s ananda international, kolkata for touch screen problem. ref service no. srine[protected]. till date no response.
Contacted customer care on 22.11.16 ref complaint no[protected]. -

Customer reference number :[protected] device would be ready by 02.12.16 - till now no reply from service center.

Purchasing moto phone was a mistake?

This is really a matter of shame that motorola is taking more than 30 days to repair the device.

In this context i want complete replacement of hand set instead of repairing of existing one.
