Delay in issuing new POS Machine

I had applied for a POS machine for my shop through local rep of MSWIPE Govind Khadse at Aurangabad and made a payment of 11800 on 30 June 2022. I was promised by company rep that I will get my machine within 3 days post payment and other formalities however company have failed to issue me any POS machine neither communicated any reason for delay.

Mswipe threatening to deduct the amount

Hi, I had a small cloth business where I was using Mswipe device in 2019 and due to some financial issues, it was shut down in the same year. I called the person who gave me that device and returned it to him in Oct'2019 however I'm receiving calls from Mswipe team for deducting the penalty amount from my bank.

It has been three years after returning the device and I'm not doing any business but still receiving the calls and...

Payment not recieved by vendor

I have made payment to vendor who is using mswipe QR code machine on 8th june. I made a payment of 5300 rupees. Vendor confirmed that he has not received the payment in his bank. My bank has confirmed that the payment is successful and is received by mswipe. I and the vendor has made multiple calls to mswipe but they are not helping. i am facing "system halt, ikek tamper" error message.

I tried calling customer care number but automated system said our engineer will call after some time.

Please try to understand we are running our business using your terminal for card swipe. In these days, if customer wont get swipe facility, they move to another shop.

Machine signal problem

Hai sir I complained before three days. Technical person came to my shop. He told to me your machine is problem so change machine. I accepted. That person return back my new machine. And he is fixed a old machine. That machine working a trial only one swipe for demo. but next day not working.

Auto debit money from my bank account even after I'm not using their product

Hello,

I want to escalate the issue that I'm facing currently and would like to have a look on it ASAP as I'm getting a deduction from my bank account through auto-debit option from December 2021 till May 2022 with the total amount of Rs. 2330.99 (300 each month + debit return charges) which I was not a part/holding any of your products. I closed my mswipe machine and faced loss in 2017, now still they are charging 350 rupees every month as auto debit from my current account however there has been no machine and services used by my business because of their auto debit my one of the party cheque got bounced and i have face hefty charges and bad name of my business, I want action against the company mswipe as how they can auto debit my account for closed services after 3-4...

Device battery on keypad not working

Sir I m mswipe customer since last 4 years but due to covid 19 business goes slow so I requested to company close and surrender of my swipe machine on 8th april 2022..And after that many times I called companies help desk and also mail them. till April I was paid rent monthly to them but they debited rs.2189.80 trow ecs to my bank account without any intimation on 24th april...This is absolutely cheating and fraud.with me i want my money...

Money deducted from my account but didn't credited to the beneficiary account

Recently I have purchased an item from Flipkart and the delivery of the item was of today 28/04/2022 and the payment of the product was done via UPI Payment as the payment link was provided by the Flipkart delivery executive after the whole process the transaction was successful from my side and the money was also deducted from my account and also deduction sms was received by me from my bank and also the receipt was generated by mswipe technologies...

Hi, customer care is not responding to call I was waiting waiting to get connected to talk to people. That swiped amount of credit card on 25th April was not credited. No response from any mails and customer care. If I call to loan department or connect desk no response. If this happens I need to look the other options from my end and stop the services from my end.

I have closed the business 8 years ago and informed the people in mswipe that i don’t need the machine anymore. But every month they were continue debiting money from my account automatically for a year.

It was stopped after chasing them many time a few years back.

But they have again debited Rs 300 on 17th Apr 2022 via auto transaction for my bank account., and again debited on 22-Apr-2022 for 300/-, and...

I have taken in the year of 2014 and we have stop using the device in the same year and return the devices to Mswipe Agents.

But still Mswipe debiting amounts from my bank account even that devices return back to their agents.

Hi,
I did two 20K-20K transactions on 20 December 2021 to [protected]@kotak. The money for the first transaction got credited. But the credit of 2nd transaction did not happen.
But 40k got debited from my accounts.
