I Parvati hardware and sanitary store, pinjore had deinstalled mswipe pos machine in 2018 but now you are again deducting rental from my account. May i know the reason ? Why this fraud is being done ? Attached is the deinstallation from also

ECS issue

I have closed my swipe machine and i am already returned that mswipe machine 6 or 7 years back but today (15th Dec’21) they debited 350/- from my account without any notice. And bank charged 600/- for ECS cheque return. And bank also charged ECS charges. What is this. I have already closed my mswipe account. Mswipe customer care people not responding to my call. I went to Mswipe office in Kachiguda but office is not there. They are creating...

Amount deducting from account (after cancelation of device and handover)

iam using u r mswipe swipe mechine in[protected] is canceld the device in feb-2018 and handover the device also i have recept of cancelation and devicce handover recept also but in my account u r deduct the amount in 2021 dec i maild to company about deducting the amount in account there is no responce from u r side...

Device returned in the in the year on 2020 in July

Today I got a call saying that the rent 1774 is still pending, excess rental has been already deducted, and also I have not received my refund amount for the device and they are asking me to pay the rent, and this is not a fair practice. I suggest please look into it ASAP and take strict action against this company

I raised a complaint in the month of Jan-20 and they have collected the device in the month of July-20, still,...

i had a m Swipe machine in the name of Pizza One which i had returned a couple of years ago . Still the company has debited an amount of Rs 350/- in my account with Axis bank on 15/12/2021. I hereby request a refund from the company and also that this should not be repeated again. thank u...

Amount wrongly taken

Purchased Mswipe Aug 2019 and I returned the product but two days before the deducted money from my account.. How it will happen am not using Mswipe but they deducting money plz return my money back.

Payment done through mswipe link, amount deducted from my account but ekart delivery person saying amount not received

I have ordered wireless headphone combo on Widgetshunt portal with Cash on delivery option.
Got message from ekart that product will get deliver today.
While delivering the product below mswipe link have sent as message to pay the money Rs.1599.

Machine submitted in 2019 but still money is getting deducted

I have submitted machine in 2018 but still my money is getting deducted, I had cleared all my dues and machine was taken by their representatives.i complained in customer care but no one helped...

Refund for unauthorised amount deducted

Hello Mswipe team,

I would like to complaint that I have been charged today on 15 December, 2021 for Rs.2800.00 with Transaction ID: ACH/TP ACH Mswipe tech/[protected], for which I want a full refund as soon as possible.

The Mswipe account was closed with required attached receipt and charges to one your Mswipe employee on 25/11/2020. Your employee confirmed that there will no charges from thereafter.

Charges are debited from your account after one and half of cancellation of mswipe device...

In July 2020 we have returned ou mswipe device to agent for account cancellation.. after that there is no response form them...and now we got message from bank that amount 2124rs/- had been debited from your account to mswipe as charges...
We gone to bank for confirmation they are saying that's, as consumer I have given authority to them to collect charges ..
And we didn't have any authority to them to collect money with out...

Illegal money deduction

Mswipe deducted ₹299 from my savings account today even after me not using their device from 2017. I have already surrendered their device and also have no balance pending for them. Their customer service number no longer exists and they won't reply to any emails. Now whom should I contact to get the refund....

Amount debited from account but merchant denying to have realized the same also did not offered the Goods

I have transacted an amount of Rs. 483/- at Gopi FL on shop on 26th oct 2021 through Phonepe by scanning marchants scanner. But they denying that they did not realized the money also did not offered me the product I paid for. I have raised the dispute at same time. But my bank informed me that the money already sent to marchant's account successfully. Now marchant is saying that they do not have such account which is showing in my e-receipt...

Fraud Company / Threat

I had purchased m swipe machine around 4-5 years ago and paid rental and machine charges at the time of purchase but after 2 years of non usage I returned the machine and representative who picked up the machine said the security deposit will get refunded within few days but now I am getting call regarding rental due of around 8000 something and they started abusing on calls which is totally unacceptable so now I am filing legal complaint...
