Mts — Complaint about Online Payment Transaction Site and worst response | |||
I'm having a MTS MBLAZE Post paid Data Card Connection. I'm using it since October 2014, I'm paying my bills only in online through Debit card. But for the last 2 transactions[protected] &[protected], the online transaction is failed but the billing amount of RS.1122 is debited from my account.I called the customer care and complained about this they said that there were no information regarding the payment which I made in their site, and on[protected] I was forced to pay the amount of RS.1122 again because that is the last date for paying the bill. If I fail to pay before[protected], 11.59 pm I have to pay the additional fine amount of Rupees along with the due amount. So, I paid the bill again in online and the transaction was successful. After 5 working days the amount is refunded to the bank account. But I made the payment twice. Now, again today[protected] I paid my bill for the same amount of RS.1122 through online, like last time the transaction failed this time too, Again I called the customer care, they repeated the same thing which they said before.
