Mts — Connectivity Issue | |||
I purchased this MTS MBLAZE ultra WiFi on the recommendation of One of my College Mate. Earlier I was a part of TATA PHOTON family and I left that network because my colleague wanted me to buy this device. Initially, when i purchased this device it worked pretty well and was really happy with it's services. But since past 1.5 Months this device is really pissing me off and i feel that i made a mistake by leaving TATA Family and regret that i became a part of MTS Family. I have tried to contact the Customer Support centre regarding it's Connectivity Issue. Earlier I never faced any kind of Network or Connectivity Problem. Whenever I call them they put me on hold for nearly 10-15 minutes which is not a Good Quality for such a Brand. I have tried to file a complaint in the MTS Customer Support in which one of the agents would be coming at my Doorstep to fix the problem. Now, Instead of Calling me as I was the One to file a complaint the agent rings my Dad and asks him for whether I am available or not ??!! When I have filed a complaint and when my number is so called "REGISTERED" with MTS then why they called my father ?? And even if they contacted him then why didn't he called me ?? Instead of calling me the agent sends me a Text Message saying that your Issue has been resolved !! What kind of Lazy Agents this company has hired who can't even contact their Customers who have filed a complaint ?? I regret being a part of MTS Family who is incapable of resolving my issue which i'm facing since past 45 days. I will never recommend this MTS to any of my Friend or my Family. I hope now they'll take this matter little seriously and will try and fix this Device for me. Was this information helpful? | |||
