Mts Mblaze Dongle [protected] — Poor connectivity .Buffering and poor speed | |

I bought an MTS Mblaze wfi Dongle in August 2014(06 Aug), since i had heard about advertisement which boast of speed of 9.83 mpbs, through newpaper, Tv and through sms and other sources, I decided to try it.The main reason for this was that my daughter was preparing for her Cat and Gate exams and a fast internet was required.So after disconnecting the bsnl broadband wifi, which was giving me a speed of around 1.8 mpbs, (problems in Telephone line will render broadband useless and since metro work is going on in our area this was a frequent problem.And Trusting MTS, I went in for WIFI Dongle.The Technician came and tested the speed . it showed 3.25 mpbs.I was satisfied.
But after a week, the speed came down to 1.84, then 1.6 and to my dismay now i am getting 0.16 to 0.62.
My house is near lulu Mall, Cochin and just 1/2 a km away from the MTS tower.
I complained several times and they accept the complaint and send you a complaint number, the very next day i receive another sms that complaint has been resolved.This is done without my knowledge.I understand from inside sources that MTS after advertising a speed of 9.83 mpbs speed, got so many customers, they are not able to cope with, now they are not bothered.But still they continue to advertise of this 9.83 speed to lure in more customers.
Is this not CHEATING the Public.High time someone took them to court and settle this issue once and for all.
No One should be allowed to fool the customers this way
