Mts — MTS being Uncooperative | |||
I am a customer with MTS for almost 2 years. Switched here from Tata Photon, which indeed was a good option. Up till now there was no problem with my a/c. But all of a sudden, I got a bill of 2880 RS for a plan which of 749 Rs. The reason company officials are giving is over usage of data though as per my bill, it shows total of 15144 mb consumed. And as per my plan, I am allotted 15 Gb for Day and 20 Gb for night. A total of 35 GB. Registered a complaint with the company on 5th June, got no reply from the billing team, then again filled a complaint of 7 and 11th June, again no support from the company. Then finally on 14th got a message from the company that dear customer your complaint has been resolved thanks for being patient. Then finally i made a call to customer care and those fools simply say that Sir you have consumed extra data, a total of 14 GB so now you have to pay it. I mean WTF cant u guys do simple calculations... 15 GB - 14 GB = 1 GB left. So I left 1 GB unconsumed and for that I was charged 2800.
