Mts — Porting

I had submitted an application dated 24/02/2015 for porting my BSNL prepaid Number [protected] to MTS prepaid. My unique porting code is BL 511925 dated 23/02/2015. The MTS dealer (MTS, S.S. Kovil Road, Thampanoor, Trivandrum) received my porting application and issued a prepaid MTS CDMA Sim. (Sim No.OMH[protected] Mo1) The dealer guaranteed to convert my BSNL No. [protected] to MTS prepaid within seven days.
The MTS authorities contacted me and tried to convert the scheme 'prepaid to post paid'. I did not agree to that. I wanted only prepaid connection.
So far no action has been taken by the MTS authorities to port the number as desired by me. In the circumstances I request that immediate action may be taken to allow the porting as already ordered by the porting authorities.
