Mts — Recharge unsuccessful | |||||
I tried to recharge to my MTS dongle twice today. First for 699 (through rechargeitnow.com) and 999 (through MTS self care portal, transaction id - [protected]) First transaction was processed and got error at the end, the amount got debited but no balance in MTS. Second transaction is also successful but still the MTS balance is 0MB. MTS customer care is not helpful. They does'nt seem to know whether the recharge is sucessful or not. It is really frustrating with MTS recharge online. Was this information helpful? | |||||
