I am using a MTS India CDMA connection since the year 2011. when they started a offer that if any customer buy their connection as well as their Mts Handset (Because It's a cdma connection), They would give their subscribers 2 sec/ 1p call charge for lifetime. as per this offer I am eligible to avail this offer till 2037. So I was totally secure till 2037. I have an account balance of 191.23/- Indian Rupees in my account with validity till 2037. *23rd October I heard a news about MTS-Rcom merger from news media. after that I faced few days interruption in my calling service. But then I heard many user face this kind of temporary problem for that merger. I had no problem with that. After all this Drama I used my connection normally for few days. Now from 1st December, 2017 to till date I am facing a same problem like that previous temporary problem. Right now I am not getting Incoming & Outgoing service. ** But This time I have another Information from news media which is - "MTS CDMA services will be stopped working after 30 November 2017. RCOM will take full advantage of MTS spectrum to increase 4G coverage across the circles." So I don't care about MTS-Rcom merger or Relience will stop mts cdma service after merger. My Point is about my loss which I already invest for MTS mobile service provider based on their commitment that they will serve till 2037. *** My Claim:- 1. I am claiming my balance which is 191.23/- INR. Mts can refund this as per my balance through my new service provider when I will decide to port out on other telecom service. (many user is facing this issue & Rcom/Relience gaining profit with this money without any aurthority.) 2. Mts India was committed to serve me with my present offer which is 2cec / 1paisa call charge till the year 2037. So to avail this facility just few months ago I bought a cdma handset which was 1850/-Inr. I am ready to return this handset & want my money back. I hope you understand my point & my points are valid. **One last thing I need to inform that I just received a message from my telecom operator which sounds like a dictator. sms came from the number '1909' & the message was - "Dear Reliance Customer your porting code number is ******** . The code is valid till 31-Dec-2017. so here my point how I became a reliance subscriber from a Mts subscriber without any permission?? No mts executive call me to take my permission that I want to migrate or not..!! I don't think it is legal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
