This is to inform you that, i have purchased the connection of mts wificard on 19th april from mts sistema shyam teleservices, race course rd, vadodara the sales person mr. Sandeep, he misguided me & misselling about the speed. As i already asked him that i stay in manjalpur area & is the speed & network connection is okay? But he said company claims upto 9 mbps but atleast you'll get 1 to 4 mbps. Secondly connection has been started on 21st april & from 22nd april i started using it in manjalpur area of vadodara & from that day i'm facing terrible issues related to speed. First time after the complaint lodge an engineer (Talpan shah) came to my residence to check the authenticity of complaint & he found that the speed is really low & not even going above 200 kbps. He said he'll inform to higher authority & it'll get resolved i received the message that complaint has been resolved but still it's not. Again i have lodged a complaint apr/4958 on 28th april & i have been told from your one of the dept that again one sr. Engineer will visit my place to check the speed but i never received any call & on 29th april i received a text msg that complaint has been resolved. I continuously following up for the same thing about the speed issue but i have been made false promises & had given a date that 3rd may your problem will get resolved but till date no such action has been taken from mts, now whenever i call their customercare they give very lame excuses that your current location is 1.2km away from their tower & thatsy you are facing weak network & low speed but our engineers are working on it, but in reality they are not. I am customer of mtsmblaze since oct15 with data card no [protected]. Initially i was recharging with amount approx 499 with additional data voucher and was sufficient for me. this month i have recharged with 201, 399, 499, 399 still no balance left. mb is consumed @ 1500mb/day. i am using same site using vodafone and per day consumption is
