This is further to my series of complaint against cancellation of my product micromax canvas nitro a-310 blue. I had informed two months before and i have been contacting your customer care number since last two weeks it was not responding and i do not understand why harassing small customer like me and what you are achieving on that. I have ordered on 25th november and till now neither i have got the product nor i have got the refund. I would urge you to kindly urgently refund my deposit money of rs.10, 174/- vide transferred through sbi card on 25th november from my account. Kindly urgently take action against them and please get arrange transfer the same to my account. Why they are not responding and not able to talk with customer care. Really worried this is my half months salary. I will compel to go to the court for the same. I have been writing talking and now you are tampering telephone so the customer will not call you or talk. To you. This is my humble request and kindly help me to refund, my money. Nearly it is reaching to 4 months on 25th march.
