[Resolved] Mulya Shopping Pvt Ltd — Order never delivered. And site seems like Fraud. | |||
I have ordered Micromax Canvas A1 mobile on 28-Nov-2014. The order is never delivered. They never respond to any mails send to [protected]@mulyashop.com and their customer care number [protected] never works. When I googled about the site, there are many reviews which say that the site is a Fraud. So I want to file a complaint against the site to refund my money back and necessary action to be taken so that no other person will become a victim for the site. It would be better if some action taken before they lock / delete my account and I loose my proofs of my transactions with the site. Was this information helpful? | |||

They have finally delivered my product after one month.
I have followed the below process to resolve my issue.
1) I have clicked on the 'Contact us' on mulya shopping site.
2) Then I raised my concern in the resulting page.
3) My issue got resolved in 4 days after that. | |||

the very worst experience with the mulya shoping, it has been more than 25 days and product has been not yet delivered please act soon it seems to be fraud company.
