Mulya Shopping Pvt Ltd — Refund not ceived

Dear Sir/Madam, I am very upset feeling confusion what can I do? I order a mobile Sony Xperia E3 Dual by www.mulyashop.com and pay full amount Rs. 10392.00 though Credit Card on dtd. 19 December 2014. They did not delivered it on time so I cancelled on 31 December 2014. I received a cancelled confirmation mail by Mulyashop care - {Mail Received by Mulyashope.com Care on 02 January 2015 by Amrita Dhuri (CCE) Dear Customer, We are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request and the same will be refunded to your original mode of payment. Please find the details here Action : Refund Processed basis customer request ? Remarks : We would like to inform you that we are closing your claim and approving your refund request. Just want to inform you that once the refund gets approved the refund amount would be reflecting to your original mode of payment. You can check with your bank on the reflection of the amount post 7-10 days from the date of processing your refund. Incase your bank states that the process is not reflecting into your account you can contact us at our customer care at[protected] or email us at [protected]@mulyashop.com} my problem is - Bankers asking to deposit shoping amount 10392.00 unless they charge me interest. and mulyashop not providing me exact status of refund.
