Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Bad structure of drain in our street.

In our street there was problem from so many days..
Most of all peoples closed the drains were from outside of their own house.
And all the wastes they thrown on the main street, so that in rainy season it was spread on the street and smell bad. before 1 month they doing like this.
O please help and resolve this problem.
