It is continuation of my earlier complaint against Sanjay who is the sweeper appointed by the M.C.D to clean the area of our lane in B-7 block where as he is regularly absent from his work. i have made complaint earlier on telephone bearing no 1714 & 1717 I called up in the morning but no body picked up the phone. inspite of so many complaints there is no action from the M.C.D. I being the president B-7 R.W.A has been regularly making complaints but there is no action from your end. Now we are left with no option but to take legal recourse. I am ones again making a complaint failing which our R.W.A shall be constrained to take legal action.

I have made complaint earlier on telephone bearing no 1714 & 1717 and Email. I called up in the morning today also but no body picked up the phone. inspite of so many complaints there is no action from the M.C.D. I being the president B-7 R.W.A has been regularly making complaints but there is no action from your end. Now we are left with no option but to take legal recourse. I am ones again making a complaint failing which our R.W.A of B-7 Block Safdarjung Enclave shall be constrained to take legal action may be in the form of writ petition.
