Dear Sir,
1. We wish to inform that sewerage in front of Park Hospital is blocked and overflowing for a very long time. The water overflowing from the sewer has seeped inside the basement housing the Radiation Machine used for radiotherapy of cancer patients. Because of this the radiation machine has become non-operational and the same has resulted in break in treatment of cancer patients.

2. It is also to inform you that this hospital is a Multi Super Specialty Hospital. Besides, this hospital is also designated hospital for COVID-19 and has been treating CORONA patients with best of the facility during COVID-19 Pandemic.
3. The Hospital has also been designated for administration of COVID-19 Vaccine by Govt. of Delhi. The blocked sewerage and overflow of dirty water is going to severely affect the Govt.'s Top Priority COVID-19 vaccine campaign.

4. Overflowing of dirty water in front of the Hospital and seepage inside the radiation facility of Cancer department has polluted the hospital environment and has become unhygienic. If the problem continues to persists, the water logging will attracts mosquitoes and various other insects thus increasing the growing risk of contaminated disease.

5. This problem of sewerage/drainage system is a recurring problem that pops up every few days especially in the rainy seasons. Many complaints through phone and in person have been made to local representative but no action has been taken.

6. In view of above, this problem needs to be addressed on an emergency basis to ensure continued treatment of patients admitted in the Hospital and smooth administration of COVID-19 vaccine.

7. It is humbly request you to take appropriate steps immediately.
