This complaint is regarding issuing of delayed birth certificate. I have submitted an application regarding this on 12th August, after 15 days status was rejected. One of the concern authority asked me to bring SDM order for this, and asked me to re- apply. Meanwhile I put up an application in tehsil office, after so many difficulties and time an Order regarding this was passed. Now mcd office said previous OBR which was rejected is approved now and they have cancelled SDM's order.so again I re apply here in mcd office for correction as data registered earlier is not correct. But after a month again they rejected stating child education or parents I'd not matched. Seriously after 4 months of effort and time got wasted. I have submitted all supporting documents, SDM order is already attached instead my application is rejected.
Please look into this matter.
