Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — dog threatening people and doing ([censored] and urination) in front of neighborhood residents

Sir a strange dog has came from some where and he starts biting person. He also mess the native neighbours place. And the house people of neighborhood residents not claim that this dog belongs to any of them.
Sir it's my humble request pls take this dog away with the help dog squad.
