Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — encroachment on common land

I want to draw your notice that people of living in house no 39 -58, pocket a-4, sector 4, rohini delhi 85 has encroached the common parking/children’s playing area upto 10 feet’s and due to that the sewerage main holes are also covered under that encroachment. Eyes of ndmc officials are closed that is why in whole rohini encroachments has been removed except the above mentioned block.
Before approaching court for getting orders against offending officials i am approaching the department through this channel also.
