We, i.e. traders of 13/34 1st floor, arya samaj road, karol bagh are in immense pain as even after complaining to the mcd and police about the encroachment of the common passage by mr. Rajkumar handa on[protected]., no one has shown any response.
We dont know where else to complain.
Its been 25 days, and passage of light and air has been blocked. If this problem is not solved, traders will suffer from breathing problem in the near future.

We have complained on the mcd site many times, emailed to 25 mcd officials of karol bagh many times, we have sent messages and whats app to many officials.we have given written complaints to the dy. Commissioner of mcd twice.we have sent letters to civil zone mcd, commissioner of mcd, commissioner of police.
But no one has shown any response.
Mr. Rajkumar has challenged the traders that neither the police nor any mcd official will act against him, as he is very influencial person and knows many big shots .
But we still have hope in the system
