Dear sir/madem I am complaining about Mangolpuri J-Block shiv shakti Mandir (near bhagat singh stadium). There the dogs live in a temple and they bite people as they go.i was passing by today. A herd of dogs there surrounded me and started barking at me and running after me.The dogs here have bitten many people.
