Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Illegal construction by Horilal

One of our neighbour named Horilal R/o 401/5CD, Budh vihar, munirka is constructing his house, but he has covered 2 sides by making extra large balcony, where there is no way of air and light now to come down on our street. We already told him to make it small so that it won't block these essential items, but he misbehaved with all o[censored]s, and now he made it so huge and its make trouble for us. He also covered the space of the gali (street) and constructed the wall out side of his owned space. Overnight he told his contractor to lay down the roof lanter, so others can not see.
