Respected sir, I am resident of g-30 239/240 sector 03 rohini delhi. I am kusum jain owner of ground floor of the particular address. I request you to douge a complaint regarding illegal construction in my house on the 3rd floor without permission. At present the person owning the 3rd floor made a extra room on the 3rd floor and a room on the top of it making a illegal 4th floor.
