Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — I'm complaining about cleaning of maharaja surajmal stadium

I want to mention that, the surajmal stadium is very poor condition right now.no electricity no water coolers, also grass is so big that people cant run on track's and Play some sports.some people dig the Holes in the middle of the ground.so children can't play any sports.
I want to say that.
Please take action as soon as possible.
