Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Im complaining against my neighbours

Hello,
I’ve this neighbour next to my house who has been biting dog for quite a long because the dog is doing ### outside their house. And the saddest part is the dog is just 2-3months old and they use brick and rod to bit him. Today morning we even had a fight with them against this and they said a lot of bad words to us as well but it’s not about us can you please come here and talk to such insane minded people and filed a complaint against them because today morning my heart comes out when my neighbours wife hitting that puppy with brick please take some action against such people please. I don’t have any photo of them when they were hitting the dog because it was early this morning but you can check in our neighbourhood against this complaint I’m not lying their have to that too on such sensitive topic. I am mentioning my address below.
