Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — massive increase in stray dogs numbers in past 1 year

I want to draw attention of mcd authority, i've called in the mcd office earlier but nothing happened, people in my locality are also not taking any steps, it has become a breeding ground of stray dogs, all dog lovers feed them and leave the plastic plates and blankets as well as rags inside the park whenever mcd officials come to catch them some families hide these dogs inside their homes, shafts and in their buildings and later on fights with us if we ask them not to make public areas dirty. Feeding them is good but they need to clean the mess also, please do something as nothing has been done in past 1 year, if i count they are minimum of 70-80 dogs, some of them bite also, please come to catch them before 10 in morning else people will hide them inside their homes this place looks like hell now they bark whole night, some of the dogs are mad and very aggressive & bite too and why the mcd guys leave puppies after 2 months they grow big and give more puppies and this cycle continues. Please look into this matter
