[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — 24 hrs noise problem

I mailed on consumer complaints yesterday.About the noising of factories last 3 month 24 Hr. There is only automatic reply.
I want to know when my complained is solved.We are in so much trouble so please help us.

3651/14 gali no-4, shanti mohalla, gandhi nagar delhi 31 (Mr. Saxena)

They are coming 2 more machines in 1st and at night they are thefting electricity.
we faught them lots of time but they abusing dirtily & at night they increase the speed of machines and said Dont sleep any one And last Night" Hum so nhi paye " so please help us.They drink every night on this factories and after that abusing and I think they are doing Number 2 work in this factory
