Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that the drain water outside my house is not flowing because drain slope(Naali) is blocked by garbage and solidust which is not cleared by labour after construction of road Since rainy days are coming life is going to be miserable. Dirty water coming out and sneaking in our houses. Please do the needful action as soon as possible.
