Like to mention that my parents Mr. Yogesh Kumar and Mrs. Sheel Saxena (Sr. Citizens) residing alone at BG-1/27, SFS Flats, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi(original allotted).
Land-lady at ground floor (Flat no. 25) has removed supporting walls earlier in her flat and subsequently she has restructured second purchase flat no. 28 (recently), which makes DDA structure unstable.
As she too have converted common place allocated to flat owners by illegally converted and covering with walls and personal gate long back, however currently she is engaged in removing few other supporting walls at flat no. 25. We have earlier taken issue with DDA and MCD but no action has been taken by competent authorities.
Please suggest in case if something goes wrong with the structure then where our parents will go and who will take charge against loss of property and life. Was this information helpful? |
