Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — MCD catching the wrong dogs instead of the one who is biting people i our lane

i called up the MCD Doctor for the complaint that the MCD guys took away the wrong dog instead of the one who is troublesome for the society. But i was provided with the explanation that there are 1000 dogs in the city and we can not pick up every dog. Also when i told them to leave the wrong dog they caught, he excused by saying that it will come on its own. Not only this he also very rudely said that we dont have a car to pick up the dog.
