I am Lakhwinder Singh, resident of Virender Nagar, New Delhi(WZ-226, Gali No.-2). From the last few month our Gali's sewer line is blocked eventually causing water blockage in our house sewer lines.Despite complaining again and again with the concerned personnel and department of our areas no action has been taken yet. Situation becomes worse because now filthy water is spilling out of our bathrooms along with dying smell. However, the staff on duty in our area is very uncouth, they are on beck and call of our area's few RSW members, who stop them from performing their duty due to some political rivalry. I seek prompt action regarding this matter from your side so that living in house not become a herculean task for us.

This is regarding the cleaning of sewer line in Shashi Garden, Gali No.-11, I wish to draw your kind attention that we have been facing great difficulty as sewer line in above mentioned address is getting blocked very frequently.
The line has never been cleaned properly in last so many years and started over flowing on a regular basis around a year back. We used to register our complain in your office and gets blockage opened but after a period of time it gets blocked again and the situation now has come to the level that it does not work even for 2 days after blockage is opened temporarily resulting our frequent complain registers every week.
We discussed this many times with MCD Mayur Vihar staff that this is happening frequently and we have been told by them that the line is chocked with debris and needs to be cleaned properly and they are not able to do it and a separate tender is shall be awarded to an agency for the same and tendering is already in the process but nothing has happened so far.
We used to complain in your Mayur Vihar, Phase-II office either on phone No.[protected] and sometimes visiting your office in person. We never get the complaint attended in one request and we have always to call them repeatedly. Now we are sorry so mention that we are not receiving the response on the phone no. Hence complaint not attended resulting our WC is always full of sewer which may cause disease also, and we are also facing 4 times higher water consumption for flushing the sewer.
In view of the above, we request you to look into the matter and get our problem resolved. It will be highly appreciated.

We have called mcd department but no action taken yet. You are requested to please let them be clered on most priority basis .We shall be thankful please. My contact no-[protected].

All the sewers in front of aggarwal telecom (near mangal bazar transformer) are blocked. There is no way for the water to escape. Water gets accumulated in the sewer area which creates smell and lots of garbage.

I am Anjali Saha R/O BLOCK K, HOUSE NO.2038, C.R. PARK from the last two to three years within fourteen to twenty days our main sewage line use to get blocked so our toilets, bathrooms & kitchens also get blocked while bathing or washing clothes. every time we have to call mcd, even the mcd sweepers come after a long time.what should we do as it is not our fault as the main line gets blocked so we have suffer every time, please suggest us what should we do, as again our sewer line has blocked.kindly look into this matter urgently phone no.[protected]

There are two sewer in front of my house 2446 Naiwara Chawri Bazar delhi 110006. Which are blocked since from three / four days. There is very bad situation as u cannot move as all dirt are overflow in Street. I request you humbly please send some one to clear the same. sweeper didnot cleaned the street for over a week near ndpl building f block pocket 4 sec-15 rohini delhi. this resulted into breeding of various insects that may potential become dengue.street sewages has blocked by bricks by residents
