Hello Sir, I want to report a very serious issue, we are facing being residents of Dilshad garden & Dilshad Colony (EAST DELHI) . There are at least 50 Stray dogs spread across Pocket SG & F Block Dilshad Colony. It gets very difficult for us to go for a walk or go for a market with these dogs on the roads or in the block. One of the residents 5 year old kid was bitten when he was riding a bicycle in the colony & one of the elderly person got an cardiac arrest when 4-6 dogs attacked him while he was taking a walk.
