Sub:- Complaint against Unauthorized / illegal Construction at Residence No.80, Pocket No:1, Paschim Puri New Delhi-110063 Respected Sir, We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction is going at Residence No.80, Pocket No:1, Paschim Puri, New Delhi-110063 in full swing after one time of MCD has broken above illegal floors they are still consecrations in above illegal floors Sir this is question of human life's those are under this illegal contractions. The material are use by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building consecrations are not followed by this builder are correct parameters of building constructions. It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizedly as the entire construction of walls ( 1st Floor to 5th Floor) is erected on the chhazas (Balcony) dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire lode is put on the Chhazas Out side in Street area. We the people of the locality has already requested to the one of them owner/Builder (Mr.Satbir Singh Who's contact Mobile:[protected]) not to construct the building in such illegal manner but instated of stopping the aforesaid construction they all have threaten us and said that you can not stop me as I have already have setting connection with the govt official concerns with him by brewery's them. It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped . We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts.
