Respected sir/mam,
I would like to draw your kind attention to a seriois issue in my locality. Just beside my apartment there is a open manhole which can be highly dangerous for us and as there is no street light in my street, so at night it's almost impossible to identify the place where it is opened. It's my request that before any mishap happens, please fix the issue
