Respected sir/mam I'm Riya Bisht resident at N-220 street no 15 sadatour ext karawal nagar Delhi-90. A stray dog lives in my street bites people whoever passes through the street. When he bites someone that person used to beat him, yesterday night one guy in my neighbor beats him to death, he was almost dead. He is badly injured please take him for his and others benefit.
