Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Stray dogs in my street, children scared to go out and bit as well

There are 4-5 stray dogs in our street and my little brother was bit by one of them yesterday, they also bark at anyone passing through the street. Children are afraid to go out in fear of the dogs. Please look into this
