Sir, I am Nishant Soni, Resident of Prem Nagar, Block-D, Gali no-5A, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043 We have a serious problem of stray dogs in our locality which is causing issue for everyone. People are afraid to go for morning or evening walk and these dogs are very aggressive. There are about 20-25 dogs in Gali no-5 and 6 and they attack people who travels in evening and so.
