This is to inform you that while making top up payment for truck no hr55t4451 for rs. 2500 on 19/10/2019 at 21:40:30 hrs through debit card message received transaction failed, whereas rs 2500 have been debited to my account.. Please arrange to refund the same immediately

Truck no hr55t4451 topup transaction for rs 2500 failed on 19/10/19 at 21:40:30 hrs, still amount debited to my account & not credited to topup of hr55t4451. Bank has given transaction no 060920

I have been trying to speak to your office on mobile no [protected], it is continuously no reply, the other number [protected] is switched off, please inform contact no where i can speak about this for faster action.

Please arrange to refund at the earliest
