Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Tree needs a bit of cutting

Hello Respected Sir/Ma;am,

Our tree has grown really huge and is interfering with our electricity wires, it needs to be cut. We asked the MCD guy who is responsible for its cutting and management and he asked us to pay 1000 rupees but why should we pay when we are already paying taxes.
