Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Water logging in neighbour building

There is water logging in my neighbour building. I have told many times but they don't care of this and taken this lightly. Reason being my building get damped just because of this. Condition is become worst day by day. Request you to please look into this matter. I have attached some pics of my neighbour building you can better analyse the situation.
