Musafir — Cheating the customer | |||
Booked tickets at 7:07pm, charged my credit card. Then i get call at 7:56pm informing prices have gone up and i should pay more!! My spouse booked same ticket at cleartrip at 7:25pm and got same price. There was delay from musafir's side and they want customer to pay for it. Talked to zehir and terrence from its call center - extremely unhelpful and rude! They kept on insisting that we should pay the difference despite the fact that they delayed the booking. My credit card was charged despite no booking done from their side. Was this information helpful? | |||
