Naaptol — Datawind tablet - 3G calling tab cannot call | |||||
I also had similar issue with Datawind calling tablet. I specifically ordered Datawind 3G calling tablet from naaptol.com. After receiving I immediately checked if I am able to call frlom this tablet of not but it was unable to find the network despite of good Airtel signal in my area. I called back to naaptol they asked me to connect with datawind but I insisted to return the product. After heated discussion he got ready to replace the product and arranged the pickup. Pickup was done on the same day but but since then I am waiting for my production. I am continuously following up with them and everytime they tell it will take 7-10 days. Finally, yesterday they said you production is shipped via Bluedart and given a tracking number [protected]. I tracked this production and today saw the status as delivered though I didn't receive the product. I called them back then they again started making story that this tracking number was for shipment from naaptol warehouse to delivery boy. I asked them to take my complaint, they gave me one complaint number too[protected] but not sure if this was a false number or really raised complaint and somebody is going to look at these complaint. I too frustrated as don't know when my product will reach and also if product will be good or not. I suggest not to take any product from naaptol.com they might look lucrative in TV add but once you pay the money you have no way except loosing out the money... Was this information helpful? | |||||
