We have recieved a speed post from naaptol
in that they have sent a scratch card along with a letter so we have called to the numbers provided in that letter, now they are asking us to send the details of aadhar card and bank account details....

I got a scratch card from Naaptol I am Cal led to that number they told me u won. First price u want cash or car price I ask ineed car price they told me u have to pay 4%of 1480000 ipaid 59200 and again asked Rs.51200 for GST not paid but i have doubt them so kindly check and revert.

they told all 4 blades with drum, but they send only one drum remaining three only blades which is not described in the website.
when i am posting a complaint it is not accepting and not responding. So please raise a complaint and refund my amount as early as possible...

I got a letter from naaptol through post.
It is stating that I won a car in naaptol lucky draw contest. It is also stating that, To get that prize, I need to pay some amount(in the name of govt. Tax) to them. In some internet articals I read that this process is fake... Company is cheating customers like this.. Please take necessary action on them....

I got my order today. The quality is very bad . I don't want this product any more. For return I contacted naptol customer service . They are not ready to take back the product and refund the cash.They are very much irresponsible. When we are trying to say complaint they are not ready to hear it. They cut the call . It was a product worth 699. I want the refund ....

We got a post from naaptol that we have won prize of naaptol lucky draws...Then we proceeded. We searched in the google, we thought it was correct. And we contacted him. The he asked us to transfer 13, 600rs...we transferred from our phone pay number...( NAME. ROHIT SEN)

I received a registered post with a scratch card mentioning a huge prize. we got to know this is fraud but how are they getting these information along with the address and including the phone number given to original naaptol company. This is absurd and each and every data of the customer should be the responsibility of the company and it should be noted that it is confidential. Kindly do the needful....

Today I received a registered post claiming to be from Naaptol that I won Rs.12, 50, 000/- upon a scratch card. I am 99.5% sure its fake but can you verify please....

I received a letter with scratch card stating there is a lucky draw happening. Once you scratch the card sms the number and provide your bank details ....

I recieved a letter from naaptol that states I'm the winner of Rs.7, 50, 000/- along with a scratch card. They demanded my bank a/c no.and bank details With aadhar card n pan details....

I got a letter in that they mentioned I won 7.5 lakh for that they need bank details and request to pay initial charges.

They have shared whatsApp number to share lucky draw code as well

Please take an appropriate action against them....

My order id is 74988917. Bought on 10.1.21. It got automatically cancelled on 14.1.21. After repeated calls, they gave one excuse after another until I posted my complaint here and got a call from Naaptol saying it's because my area is not serviceable. He also said my refund will reach my account in 72 hrs. Now 7 days are over, no refund. Calling customer care is waste of time.
