Naaptol Online Shopping — Refund Payment not received | |||
We ordered bedsheets from Naaptol, which we didn't like and returned as said by the naaptol customer care. Later they refunded us the amount in form of cheque . We received the cheque from Naaptol.com as our refund amount dated 14/4/15 and the chq no. was 680493 of ICICI bank(you can very well confirm with your accounts dept that this cheque was never credited in our account) But the name mentioned on the cheque was wrong, they sent us the cheque in the name of "RAM DEV Singh" where as the name is "RAMDEO SINGH". Due to mismatch of name the bank returned the chq back to us, please let us know what needs to be done now. After this i again contacted the customer support team and they told us to return back the cheque and provide our bank account details so that once they will receive the cheque they will transfer the amount to our account. we returned the cheque through courrier (first flight courrier services) the airway bill number:U[protected] and i am also attaching the receipt for reference. I even provided them with the receipt of courrier sent . when I tracked the courrier it says that the document was delivered to the said address on 1st of June. So from 1st of june i am sending e-mails asking them when will they refund back our money BUT i am not getting any response.I don't understand why they are not refunding back my money when they already released the cheque for the same? I was about to file the complaint at consumer forum when one of my friend told me about this link. I hope now you guys will listen and release the refund payment.
