I have recharged my videocon d2h on 25th August through recharge payindia website and amount has been deducted from the bank account but recharge has not yet been received. Requesting you to kindly refund the amount and avoid such inconvenience for the customers in the near future....

I have made a transaction of ₹599/- for videocon d2h recharge on 21/8/2021 evening through you. The same amount has been deducted from my SBI account on the same day vide transaction ID [protected]igaluvaoi4, but till date videocon d2h have not received my money for recharge. I want to know about the whereabouts of my money....

But its showed as recharge successful..
But recharge pack is not activated...
What is the problem?...
