They ask for full payment before connection so I gave them around 5800INR. Firstly they said that In my building they have there service. So i paid full amount. After that they were not able to provide the connection. So i ask for refund. They said in 60 days you will get the refund.. But now its around more than 90 days. They are just ignoring me.. Saying that they will give tomorrow.. There legal team guy Javed is on leave and other excuses. Even this guy Javed is also not responding.. I will sue them in court cos they mentally harassed me for so many months.. They are fraud company don't fall in trap.. Better go for Hathway.. Jio or airtel..
