Neon Broadband — No service, false product, refusal to redress | |||||
I signed up for Neon Broadband's Internet Plans a few months ago. Since the first month, the internet would give trouble. It started with a 'wire issue' and they changed the wire. Then a router issue, server issue, and what not. I do not get internet almost every weekend (I am most home at night and on weekends only). I have complained at least 50 times to both the sales person who services and the so called owner. However, despite several assurances there has never been a resolution. In this month itself, out of 30 days, there was no internet at least for 20. Since the last two months I have been asking for a refund, and termination. However they have plainly ignored my requests for refunds and simply do not respond. They do not have any customer care for official complaints and work only on phone calls and whatsapp which makes it more difficult. I have had the most horrid time and demand a refund and an explanation. A complete lack of acknowledgement and even lack of effort to resolve issues is appalling at the very least. For others who have also suffered, is there a legal recourse? I want to now ensure action is taken because clearly they refuse to be ethical and provide customers what we are paying for. Frauds. Total frauds.
