On 30, December 2021 I have paid 8388.00 for the NEON BROADBAND 100MBPS connection. In that they have supposed give all OTT platforms connection free of charge for a year.
From day 1 They did not start the connections.. They took almost a month to give a stable connection with very poor internet speed. Even after complaining several times to their so-called team of just 2 persons (Mr. Suyash Pisal and Mr. Sufiyan) they did not respond on time. There after contacting 100 times to Mr. Chirag He promised me to give a proper speed and after almost a month He provided me an OTT platforms Ids. Which worked for almost 2 months and then stopped.
From day 1, I have not received 100mbps line speed as they promised. I still those people keep on promising that in next week you will get a better speed.. which never comes so far. All the time their Internet is giving me a trouble.. and ever time I have to contact them almost more than 100 times, then in 2-3 days they pick their phone. they couldn't get rectified and we didn't get internet connection. Since than I am following up with Mr. Chirag Vegda CEO of NEON BROADBAND and Mr. Sifiyan and Mr. Suyash from NEON BROADBAND to get back our money. But these people are not listening and not willing to return our money. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
