I bring to your kind notice that, I and my brother -in-law E.N.Raju, Koalkatta have purchased videocan washing machine vide model no. VS70H11GMA and Mp/[protected] at next showroom, Eluru, W.G.District A.P., On 23.6.2013. Some hard sound in wheel drun in washing machine. On that i went to next show room, Eluru on 15.7.2014 at about 7.30 pm, i have informed about the problem of washing machine to manager and produced the videocan owner's manual and i further informed that that on 23.6.2013 i hv purchased the washing machine on and put the ur show room stamp and note the model no. in owners manual. The Bill was not found. Then the manger replied that he did not book complainant without bill. On that i replied that u have verified the ur system records, i have purchased or not. He blently refused that the records were delted from ur system. Then i informed that first u have lodged my complt., and same was fowarded to concerned. I have seen one sale manager, and recollected my memory and informed that i have purchased on 23.6.2013 i.e. sunday, the then manager did not give bill due to printer problem, the bill wil be collected on the next day due to my busy work i have forget the above bill and same was informed the present manger. The Present Manger harshlly used un used language with me without out controlling. He did not know common knowledge how to deal with customers. He did not search computer about billing details. He did not having serving mind to customer. His behaviour likely damaging company name. He is un suitable to work as a manager. Was this information helpful? |
